Numb is the hardest one. You're not feeling much — God or anything else. He's still there. Still working. Sometimes the most faithful prayer is just showing up.

PSALM 42:11
"Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again — my Savior and my God!"
WHY: Talk to your soul, not just from it. Tell it where to look.
LAMENTATIONS 3:22-23
"The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning."
WHY: Even when you don't feel them, His mercies showed up this morning.
ROMANS 8:26
"The Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words."
WHY: When you can't pray, the Spirit prays for you. Even now.

God, I don't feel anything. I'm not even sure I want to. Help me believe what I can't feel right now — that you're here, that you're good, that this isn't forever. Holy Spirit, pray for me. I don't know how. Amen.
